Voluntary Transfers The following information from the Negotiated Agreement is provided for members who are considering a voluntary transfer from their buildings:

    4.10 Procedures for Implementing Voluntary Transfers

  • A. General Criteria:
    • 2. Any request for transfer must be submitted on the appropriate form entitled “Transfer Form” which may be obtained from the building Principal. This form, with any supplemental information in support of the transfer request, must be submitted by the teacher no later than March 1 to the Director of Personnel. A copy of the transfer request is to be given by the teacher to the teacher’s current Principal at the time it is submitted to the Office of Personnel.
