Tips for Parents and Teachers as Parents The Prince George's County Educators' Association (PGCEA) would like to share some ideas with you that can help strengthen the partnership between home and school.

In almost every instance, teachers and parents share and work toward a common goal-to help the child reach his/her full potential. Therefore, working together to spark, as well as channel, their curiosity, academic pursuits, and enthusiasm for learning is critical.

Sharing in your child's learning experiences at home greatly assist their school success. One of the most fascinating and fulfilling facets of being a parent and a teacher is observing a child's growth and progress.
