Prince George’s County Public Schools Resident Teacher Information Session

If you are interested in becoming fully certified and obtaining a “highly qualified” designation, you are invited to attend an information session to learn about:

• A proposed January 2008 training program in which you can earn a Resident Teacher Certification and obtain a “highly qualified” designation by spring 2008.
• A Resident Teacher Education dual certification training program beginning February 2008.
• A summer 2008 certification program in which you earn a Resident Teacher Certificate and obtain “highly qualified” designation by August 2008.

The information session will be held on Monday, October 15, 2007, at 5 p.m. at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. To qualify for the programs, you are strongly encouraged to register for the November 17 Praxis II Content Test by visiting www.ets.org(deadline is October 18).
