Health Insurance Update

• No increase in the employees cost of the plan this year.
• Addition of a “+1” plan for employees who are covering only one other person. Cheaper than the family plan with the same coverage.
• Deduction frequency change for ten month employees: Health insurance deductions will come from 20 pays rather than 22. Eleven and twelve month employees will see no change in their deduction frequency.
• Employees may be able to cover eligible dependents up to age 26.
