At the conclusion of the first marking period, a memo was sent to all principals about the grading and reporting timelines. It is expected that the required two grades per week be recorded in SchoolMAX by 5pm Sunday. There are exceptions to the two grades requirement, such as:

• Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Elementary Physical Education, Elementary Music, Elementary Art, Media, and Elementary ESOL classes.
• If a week is shortened by two days then a minimum of one grade will be required.
• If a class meets only once per week then only one grade will be recorded.
