Board of Directors
A Board of Directors, composed of three (3) elected officers plus eight (8) other elected members who must be regular members of the Association for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years immediately preceding the election, governs the affairs of the Association. The Executive Director serves as a member ex officio of the Board without vote. |
