We fight for improved salaries and pensions so that we can effectively compete in attracting and retaining the best teachers and the most skilled service providers.

We have worked successfully on the state, county, and local board levels to ensure that Prince George's County Schools receive the funding, resources and support needed to produce strong leaders for tomorrow.

We have built partnerships among teachers, parents, and administrators and the community-at-large, which continue to be our most productive efforts.
